• Rio Craft Rafts: Warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for six (6) years from the original purchase date under normal recreational use. This warranty covers the functionality and water-worthiness of the tubes, fabrics, D-ring patches, and valves.

• Commercial Operators: Including outfitters, industry professionals, and pro deal purchases, the warranty period is three (3) years from the original purchase date, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

• D-Ring/Handle Straps: Warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

• Dry Boxes, Camp Tables, Straps, Frames, and Accessories: Warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date under normal recreational use.

This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners within the original warranty period, provided the product is registered under the new owner's name within 30 days of the transfer.

Complete the form below for the product in question. Upon inspection, if a covered defect is identified, Rio Craft will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

• This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from water accumulation inside the tubes due to improper maintenance.

• Explosive decompression tears.

• Products that have been structurally altered, subjected to excessive stress, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from wear, abrasion, prolonged UV exposure, misuse, neglect, or improper storage.

• Shipping charges to and from the repair facility.

• For rafts shipped outside the USA, additional restrictions may apply.

Upon delivery, inspect all items and packaging. Report any visible damage to the delivery driver immediately and document it for the shipper's claim process. If packaging appears severely damaged, consider opening it in the driver's presence or refusing the shipment. Responsibility for shipping damage lies with the freight company and must be reported promptly.

• Disclaimer of Warranties: Except as explicitly stated in this warranty, Rio Craft disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rio Craft and its affiliates shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

• Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.

• Severability: If any provision of this warranty is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from this warranty, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
