Rio Craft Pro Deal Program

Terms & Conditions

The Rio Craft Pro Deal Program is offered to qualified outdoor professionals to provide access to discounted Rio Craft products. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Program is intended for individuals actively working in the outdoor industry, including but not limited to:

  • Fishing Guides and River Guides

  • Outdoor educators and instructors

  • Search and rescue personnel

  • Industry professionals and retail employees

Rio Craft reserves the sole right to determine eligibility. Applicants are required to provide proof of employment or affiliation.

2. Personal Use Only

All products purchased through the Pro Deal Program are for personal use only.

  • Products may not be purchased on behalf of others

  • Orders suspected of resale or abuse may be canceled

Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the Program.

3. Discount Use

  • Discounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the approved member

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated

  • Rio Craft reserves the right to modify discount levels at any time

4. Order Limits

Rio Craft may impose limits on:

  • Quantity of items purchased

  • Frequency of orders

  • Access to certain products

These limits are in place to ensure fair use of the Program.

5. Account Responsibility

Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

  • Pro Pricing is only valid at Rio Craft. Asking retailers for the Pro discount will result in termination of your Pro Deal

  • Sharing pricing information with anyone is prohibited

  • Any unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination

6. Returns & Warranty

Pro Deal purchases are subject to Rio Craft’s standard return and warranty policies, with the following considerations:

  • Items must be returned in unused condition unless defective

  • Some Pro Deal items may be final sale

  • Warranty coverage applies as outlined for each product

7. Program Abuse

The following actions are considered abuse of the Program:

  • Purchasing for resale

  • Misrepresenting employment or credentials

  • Sharing discounts or account access

  • Excessive or unusual purchasing patterns

Rio Craft reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders

  • Revoke Pro Deal access

  • Deny future applications

8. Termination

Rio Craft may terminate or suspend Program access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

Rio Craft reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
